1.Main features:
(1) This equipment is applicable to dry product stacking of simple block production line, which belongs to fixed site stacking. The machine is fixed in the plant for operation, PLC touch type intelligent control, strong current cabinet and console are designed separately, with beautiful appearance and convenient operation. The double hydraulic control oil circuits are separated, and the actions do not interfere with each other; The simultaneous operation of double chucks greatly improves the working efficiency.
(2) This equipment can separate and stack the bricks of different specifications produced by different models of brick machines; After stacking, the whole stack can be transported to the storage yard for curing by forklift. It can also be used with forklift clamp to realize palletizing without pallet and directly carry bricks for loading, which greatly saves labor cost. The whole system only needs one person to operate.
